The Process
The best projects start with a detailed plan from inception to completion. The constructability review process is no different. Ideally we would be engaged at or prior to the 60% design milestone, but we are flexible and here to help. The below flow lays out the typical process though it may vary slightly from project to project.

01
Short Initial Consultation
This is where we get to sit down with you (either via video call or phone call), understand what exactly you're looking for, detail the project, and lay out desired timelines.
02
Client sends drawings and specs to CBAI via secure transfer portal
CBAI will provide you a link to utilize for upload of your documents.

03
CBAI Reviews Project Documents
This is where the magic happens. The team will utilize their unique document review software and leverage their combined experience to identify flaws, mistakes, verbiage within the drawings or specs that needs to be clarified, and conflicts between the drawing set and the specifications.
04
CBAI provides report of findings
The team will provide you a report of their findings. The report will indicate: PDF page number, Drawing number (if applicable), a circle on the drawing or the specifications to indicate where the issue is, and a description of the issue with a suggested solution.
